Domino's Pizza - Airdrie — Restaurant in Scotland

As a regular customer generally don't have any issues with service however tonight was a total joke waited over 2 hours for a delivery only to recieve it cold and disgusting ordered online and when checking the statis after an hour it said it was out for delivery after another 40 mins phoned to ask where it was to be told it was 2 minutes away and they where busy due to black Friday deals low and behold 25 mins later pizza is delivered all I can say is if you can't provide orders in a decent time don't keep accepting people's orders or at least inform them there's a 2 hour wait could have made a 3 course meal in the time it took for...

I ordered franks BBQ wings but I had to order stuff extra for it to be delivered so I did.

Delivery was speedy

Got my food to find it had no sauce which the whole reason I ordered was specifically for the sauce and the wings.

So I calles to get it delivered again at my cost but I was told they were closing.....

I asked for them to leave it at the door and I would collect it but they refused and said their store could get shut down....

I thought this was a terrible excuse for wanting to get home and not deal with an annoyed customer.

Pizza had all fallen to one side of the box and was squished together but its going to get squashed where its hoing, but thats besides the point... the boxes are flat so that shouldnt happen. Sometimes i feel like Dominos could do with cooking their food a little bit longer to solidify it more, goes for both the pizzas and their chicken side dishes as the breadcrumb-y coating was very soft and falling off as though slightly undercooked but that might just be my preference to have things well-done... other than that, fast delivery to coatbridge but as I said, maybe cook things a little longer.
