Domino's Pizza - Cowdenbeath — Restaurant in Scotland

As sad as it is to admit I spend a lot of money here and spend around £40 for pizza and its always to die for. I order the same thing at least once a week. 2 large pizzas. Today is no different. They came and they were tiny compared to what I usually get. Called the store to explain. They said it was the same size as it always is a refuses to listen to me. They then offer me the same pizza again and explain that the size will be the same and offer to bring a chart with them. Absolutely shocking. Paid £40 for two tiny pizzas. They use to barely fit in the box and now. I will let the public decide. Will never order...

Ordered delivery for night in meal, pizza was good but order was missing 2 large garlic dips that were paid for, phoned the company and was dealt with by an arrogant member of staff who clearly has no level of customer service this has left a horrid taste in my mouth for dominoes as a whole and I hope whoever answered the call reads this as i am shaking with anger whilst writing this with the way the I was spoken to over the phone, I wish this to be taken further but my partner won't allow me to visit the store, have asked for refund on dips so will see if this transpires or a visit...

Ordered 2 large pizza at 17:30 and received text to state pizza ls dispatched at 17:40 and delivered 18:20 (although it was not) and one furthe text asking for a tip at 18:25. Tried calling store as started to worry where our pizzas were delivered but permanently engaged. Pizzas eventually arrived at 18:50 and stone cold. Tried calling store again to come and collect cold pizzas and give a refund but again could not get through on landline. Real shame as never had any problems before
