Domino's Pizza - Winchburgh — Restaurant in Scotland

Ordered our dinner on xmas eve, expecting some delay & inconvenience. Well, we ordered at quarter to 7 & our order was delivered at half past 8. It was stone cold, despite the shop being determined it will be hot. Phoned back to complain & the shop promised a refund & re delivery. We were happy with that. From the phone call we placed at 8:40 to complain, we were told that there was only 4 drivers on shift so were extremely busy & they would get the replacement sent out to us asap. We were happy with that & gave them until 10pm. By this point, we were starting to lose patience with them. We tried to call the shop at least 20 times, with no answer. So i made the decision to go to the shop myself (i wasn't home at the time hubby ordered or i would have collected in the first place). All addresses for this shop are completely incorrect so to even find the shop first of all was a mission. Took me half an hour of driving around to find it! Got in to the shop & i could see at least 6 orders, minimum, stacked up waiting to be delivered. There was a man without uniform walking around the back of the shop, talking to staff members. At least 2 delivery drivers came back from delivery & just stood around doing nothing for the whole time i was there. Apparently, the phones had been silenced too because they were that busy. I asked for my order to be re made fresh which the manager agreed to, but i got told that they were out of pretty much everything so i had to change what was originally ordered. Once it was ready, instead of handing straight to me, they put it on a hot plate so i had to wait even further. A complaint has been sent to head office & we will be avoiding this place...

Awfull service. I came to the store to pick up my order, at the checkout there was a guy named Ross (it was written on his uniform). showing him the reservation number and calling the name he left, I thought that he went to pick up my order. but no! he just ignored me, he went about his business, talking to his colleagues, laughing. for a couple of minutes, I just watched him and was amazed that they simply ignored me. I had to wait for someone else to approach me. another guy came up and asked what I was waiting for, I replied that they ignored me, he apologized for a colleague and served me. I asked him the name of the guy, he told me - Adam. but when that guy approached the checkout counter on the uniform it was written - Ross. Well i am not surprised. It is not acceptable such service. Pizza does not cost 4 pounds and therefore much more expensive and the service...

what you need to do, when they deliver, is check they give you everything you order, i know the old adage of once bitten etc but this lot NEVER deliver your full order, my suspicion is that the delivery drivers scoff some sides and then tell you theyll phone in and get the missing parts delivered later on, it never happens which is, in iteself theft lets be honest, besides who wants their sides delivered an hour after youve scoffed your overpriced pizza? they are getting one last chance at this, if the full compliment isnt delivered theyll be taking the whole lot back and to confirm they are only getting an order to keep the kids happy, i think their...
