Absolutely shocking. Ordered an hour in advance with no indication the order was cancelled. Just Eat stated ‘no courier available’ and cheeky female on phone said ‘we don’t accept orders in advance’. 😂😂. Why have that facility then? So, I interject to ask her to tell the boss they’ve losing custom and why. Rather than accept and apologise, she gave attitude. THEN, she said “actually, I’m not accepting your order” 😂😂.

At no point did either myself or fiancé swear, shout or rude in anyway. Can’t say the same for call handler.

Chose Emmanuels as used before: NEVER again. Your call handler and her lack of problem solving skills is affecting...

Best chippy I’ve ever had. We ordered literally everything from fish, to pizzas to chicken wings…

Hands down next level food. If you haven’t tried here you really ought to.

Super quick delivery and piping hot on arrival. Salt and chilli wings are better than any I’ve ever had, even from the Chinese takeaways.

Staff were polite and when we called to add fritters to the order, we were given them on the house. 10/10.

The best customer service I've had recently. I ordered the wrong item on just eat and based on my comment in the special request section they ascertained I had ordered incorrectly. Rather than send the ordered item, they took the time to call me and correct the order. The person I spoke with was polite and accommodating. She is an asset to your business. The food was above expectations, amazing....
