Ordered two rolls one Stornoway black pudding and one sausage and a can of juice £9.60.

I don’t mind paying for quality, the black pudding was decent but the sausage wasn’t butchers steak slice as detailed on their board, it was cash and carry sausage at best.

You know when it’s a butchers sausage, it has better bite etc.

A bit pricey, but too expensive at £3.20 for a cash and carry sausage on a roll. I’d expect proper butchers sausage at that price as detailed on their board.

I agree with previous reviews the train station bing bong to tell you that your order is ready it out of place in this quiet village...

Terrific place, which I now regularly visit due to the standard and range of food and the friendliness of the staff. The first time I visited I arrived late afternoon, just as the restaurant was due to close. The staff however, still offered to serve me and cook my menu choice. The food, a cheeseburger with cheesecake to follow, was superb... and inexpensive. I've now had lots from the menu and it's all good....

Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of choice either hot or cold foodstuff. Good takeaways and delicious baking. They also do a range of bacons, sausages, black pudding and large eggs to buy and cook yourself. Plenty of outdoor seating and a great kids play area. Thoroughly enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger and great cup of tea. Clean, quick and freshly cooked. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite. Good...
