I ordered my food via JustEat for a set time (12:05) the app then said it would deliver around 12:35 which, although not good enough, I accepted. The food then turned up at 11:15 a mere hour and 20 minutes before the time slot given and 50minutes before my requested time. As I was working from home I ordered for my lunch hour and so the delivery driver (who was fine) took the food back assuring me a fresh meal would be put together. The food eventually arrived at 12:50 (15minutes after estimated and 45 minutes after requested) when I had only 10minutes left of my lunch break. When I ate the wrap and chips I found that these were clearly reheats. The chips were rock hard and flavourless and the wrap was piping hot in the middle - a giveaway for any reheat. If there was a lower star rating than one I would give it - simply not good enough. Save your money and...

Do not attend at lunch as you will not be served/ pushed to the back of the que.

Around ten individuals went to this location to get lunch during a short break from training at the Whitehall Centre. We were first in by approximately five minutes and waiting to be asked for our orders when a number of school aged individuals moved to the front of the que. The worker proceeded to disregard us completely and when advised we were in attendance first and had to return to our meetings they advised we would not be served until all the school group had been as “these kids come every single day and it’ll be about 25-30 minutes”. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I won’t be back here. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you like chewy chicken that looks undercooked or breakfast food that looks like it was reheated from a week ago..
