Booked a table, arrived in time. Waited over 5 mins before the lady behind the bar even acknowledged we were there. A man came and we had to say to serve another lady first who had been waiting before us. Waited over ten minutes for a menu and she the same for her to make the order, she didn't ask if we wanted drinks either until this time. On taking the order we were told that 3 items were off the main course menu as they were coming into school holidays, weird given that steak pie is a staple in the pub menu area. Edit in response to business reply:
It was purchased for, and brought to me so I was not able to return to speak to the staff about it. But even if fully hot throughout, it would not have been worth almost five pounds. I'm not interested in taking money back off the business, I make my review so people can hear about my experience. Shouldn't require a chat with staff to receive a good quality product in the...
