Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Dear Sir/Madam,

The food is consistently served cold, and the staff appears to be more concerned with asking customers whether they are dining in or taking away rather than taking their orders. The prices have also increased significantly, and the value for money is no longer there. For example, a sausage roll and a juice now cost almost £5.

The state of the toilets is also unacceptable. Despite the sign indicating that they have been cleaned, they are in fact filthy. The tables are often sticky and covered with leftovers from previous customers.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the current state of your establishment and hope that you will take steps to address these issues as soon as possible.

Have not used greggs for years since retiring and was delighted that they have moved with the times and are now showing how it should be done. The shop was extremely clean and the toilet was immaculate and could not be faulted. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and gave a warm welcome to all. As im decorating my sons flat i decided to grab something quick from this shop so asked the girl for 3 steak bakes only to be told they will be ready in 5 miins, came back in 10 min later to get my order to be told by the young girl they only have two left. The young girl was apologetic. I could see them being sold if I hadn't paid for them but totally disappointed and the older woman who was in charge was on the ovens couldn't care less.
