Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

I use greggs everyday if not the one in town the strathmartine rd one which I went to this morning around 11.15am I ordered a mocca and 3 teas my boss was also with me I tasted the mocca it was clearly a hot chocolate so I approached the woman who had served me and explained she totally refused to change my drink and was so rude my boss actually had to tell her that it was common manners to treat customers with respect she still refused to change my drink and I then asked if she could just put a shot of coffee in so she didn't have to remake the mocca which she then said only if I pay for it bearing in mind I've already paid for a drink that I didn't order a younger man which I assumed was her supervisor came through to the front of the shop and told her to give me a new coffee which she did and he also gave me two free tickets for coffee as he had heard what had happened I have had bad treatment from the same woman before but thought that was maybe the way she behaved with everyone if it hadn't been for the young man I would have left without a drink or my money and that is why I'm giving a two star review instead of one star shocking behaviour I would never speak to any of my customers in this way and find her behaviour totally unacceptable...

The here staff are friendly and polite, the food however is sub standard. The hot food items are rarely hot. I've been first thing in the morning where you'd expect everything to still be hot but it's lukewarm at best, even food "fresh from the oven" is nowhere near as hot as you'd expect. I visit this Greggs regularly and every time, the service is with a smile and so kind. This is clearly a quality of the team and the people in charge to the staff on the shop floor deserve praise for this. What a lovely place to grab a bite.
