Khan Tandoori — Restaurant in Scotland

Worst curry I ever had ,I ordered a set meal & 2 extras(peshwari naan & chicken pakora)the extras came,but not the vegetable pakora or the plain naan (which were included in the set meal,I phoned to complain & initially they said they'd be right there to deliver it,then they phoned to say I hadn't ordered the plain naan or the vegetable pakoras although they were included in th set meal.I ordered 2 different curries & they were both the same,bland no flavour & the lamb was tough.When i ordered they said delivery would be 8 o'clock(an hour after ordering)it came with in 10mins of ordering(great service guys),it's like we got someone else's order ,why else would it be so quick???I will definitely NOT be back & will tell my friends to...

Last night on 11/10/21 me and my friend placed an order online for collection. Our allocated time for collection was between 23:45 and 00:00. We arrived at the store just before 00:00 and the shop was completely closed up, with all the shutters down therefore i paid for goods i did not receive. Earlier this evening we went to the store to complain and kindly enquire about a refund. The staff then proceeded to raise their voice and get rowdy at us calling us liars and saying the store was open when we were there before 00:00 and it clearly wasn’t open. Eventually, they decided to give us our money back by slamming it down on counter aggressively. Very poor customer service and appalling attitude. Absolutely disgusted would...

Been going to Khan's for a few years now and have never had a complaint. Another review commented on the lack of salt, perhaps not wrong but anyone can make flavor by banging in salt (and you can always add salt, cannae take it away). Khan's food has always struck me (as a chef), as balancing the flavours and seasoning really well, chef kens what he is doing IMO. Very reasonably priced, friendly lads in the shop, what more can you ask for.
