I visit Greggs fairly often and enjoy the products, the range & the service. The one thing I would say is that whatever system they use to keep their products hot could be a lot better - there has been a number of times when I have been advised "the food is not that hot" in various shops. I used to be a chef so I am aware of hot food having to be kept to a certain temp while on display for consumption. This is my only gripe as such and why one...
