Staff very rude. Officious and jobs worth woman in charge. I asked for a bacon roll at 11.25, lovely young girl was about to serve it to me when a very unpleasant manager piped up ‘breakfast finished at 11am’ I said so are you going to throw that bacon in the bin’ her response in a stern officious voice ‘breakfast finishes at 11’ at this point the lady behind me comments ‘that’s terrible’. I said ‘I know jobs worth’ Said manager then says ‘I don’t appreciate being called a jobs worth’. Had she used some customer service skills and said ‘I’m really sorry but it’s company policy’ or ‘ the bacon has been hot held to long so we can’t serve it’ I would have understood but this woman was on a power trip and as a customer I am very unsatisfied with customer service. There are other rude staff I. There two as I use this branch often. Well visited there this morning and the staff was very rude and disrespectful to customers

Was waiting outside at 7 was ment to open at 6 carolyn the manager fake one When she opened the door I said what time u ment to open and her reply was I've been working 21days on a row and I can open up when ever I want I was like oh right Then she mumbled something to the other girl Then when she served me I was like a sausage roll and a stake bake and she said it was 695 and when I challenged her she said it was the price and I said are u sure she went off on on and said she couldn't server me Think its cos iam...

Visited 29/12/21 and witnessed a female member of staff treat 3 customers including myself with total disrespect. She has a terrible attitude and would benefit from training in good customer service. Either that or just sack her. Also the food was freezing cold and they apparently don't have any means of heating it up so don't bother if your looking for anything warm to eat. I only discovered this by watching the lady behind the counter while she abruptly told a customer that its not her problem his sausage rolls are cold and no you can not get a refund.
