Poor service.... They take everybody's orders then you all end up at the end of the counter waiting for your drink ... Some one took my drink because they thought it was theirs by the time I got mine my friend was almost finished.

A great little place to stop for a coffee on the way to the ferry ports on the west coast. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy.

A really nice Starbucks, spacious and spotlessly clean, a credit to the friendly and helpful staff. Great stop off point on our journey.

This is a really dirty disgusting place to sit and have coffee. I found when I put my hand on the window ledge I was very dirty and sticky. The seats and tables looked as if they had not been cleaned in ages and the floor was no better it also looked as if was not looked after. I always understood when people were finished eating and drinking that the tables etc were cleaned down before the next customer. The coffee if found quite expensive @ £3.75 The coffee I was served was not made in a proper coffee machine whereby new beans are used every time a cup is made. I was just one of the cheap coffee machines like you get at airports and morrisons but at least at morrisons the prices reflect the machines used. I would not go to Starbucks again as to me it was a disgusting place, no wonder Greg's took over half of the cafe. And yet Starbucks get away without paying due tax like other cafes. Please don't go...

The only plus point of this place was it's convenience to the A75. Myself and son stopped off for what we had hoped was a decent coffee. Serving us was a young chap around 18 who neither greeted us or smiled. So I said 'Hello' and got nothing. I couldn't even hear him. The coffee was like dishwater leaving soap suds behind. The prices were no better than their coffee. 2 coffees and 2 sausage baps for £17. Note for any staff working here. If you work in the service industry you should have manners. In fact in any work environment, even life manners are the key. Greeting the customer with a 'Hello' is a good start. So if you know this person who works there...

I have been using this Starbucks since it opened, always very nice staff and usually nice and quiet. My only issue with it is staffing levels, clearly the owners are very money orientated, as there is never enough staff on duty, the two sometime one member of staff are always playing catch up as a que of 8 people can come in at once, so lengthy waits and tables not getting cleared (not the working staff fault). The store needs to be run by someone or a company that actually cares about customers and staff welfare. Such a shame for the starbucks brand. I enjoyed my time there however I will now be going to the Dfs Town centre store as its better...
