Jasmine One — Restaurant in Scotland

Ordered from here last night at around half 5, no kind of food got here until 7. However, about 10 minutes before this just eat said it had been delivered. So we rang them up and they said that that was a mistake and the driver still had our order. Ok. So then this guy turns up about 10 minutes later and hands us "our" dinner and saying stuff like "this your order" "you enjoy". So after this we took it into the kitchen to eat as we were starving, and when we opened it it wasn't our bloody order! Then phoned back for a refund and said it has to be done through just eat. However they also said that they knew who had our actual order and they'd go back to that person's house to collect it! We rejected because we didn't want to have food that was sitting in someone else's house. Then the driver returned to us and wanted the order he had given to us back! So we have him it and he then claimed he had the order in his car. He went into his car, waited there for about 5 minutes, done a 3 point turn, then drove away! He never returned with our order. This place, and ESPECIALLY the driver need to get their act together. The driver clearly doesn't have a clue what he's doing and was acting like he didn't know if it was new year or new york. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs, or if you do go, collect in person so you don't have to deal with their cretin of a delivery driver! Never again, and moreso not appreciative either of the fact they couldn't get their lies straight about whether it had been delivered to someone else or if the driver still had it. If you are going to lie, at least...

If I could give a minus I would! First time I ordered the delivery took two hours, this was a one off apparently…Ordered on their website tonight at 5:30pm, by 7pm we still didn’t have our food, so I called them. Boy on the phone couldn’t find the order, it wasn’t on delivery slip, couldn’t find email (he didn’t even ask my email address), he then asked if I wanted to order again!!? I said no and he said “I don’t know what you want me to do, there’s nothing I can do). Maybe ask for our order number/email address and do a check? No… I hung the phone up and 5 mins later the deliver driver is there with the actual order that they could find! (It’s longer than 5 min to our house so not a re- order). Just to top it off, THE ORDER WAS WRONG! Ribs with NO SAUCE, came drenched ina red sauce and went straight in the bin! BEEF CURRY, was cold and more like an onion curry, hardly any beef. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN, I WILL ALSO NEVER EAT THE RESTAURANT AGAIN AFTER THIS! I go here regularly with family and friends, but after tonight, I won’t! Absolutely disgusted with the attitude and service! And for the incompetent person on the phone, this was our order number that you didn’t bother to ask...

Went here for my partners birthday with 3 adults and a child.

The good - the food is great.

The bad - the service is absolutely atrocious.

Three starters were served and we waited 20 minutes for the fourth starter which was a pancake roll. This meant that 3 of us ate first to avoid a freezing starter.

For main my partner ordered fillet beef, peppers and black bean sauce but received chicken instead. Not wanting another delay we accepted this and notified the staff.

For main the child had chickens balls with barbecue sauce but they served everything without the barbecue sauce meaning the child couldn’t eat. We chased this 3 times and another 20 minutes wait we eventually got the sauce.

We brought this up to the staff who really didn’t seem to care less and blamed this on the amount of takeout orders they had backed up in the kitchen. The female staff in particular are blunt, rude and need training on basic customer service. A poor excuse as dine in customers should take priority considering they were making a profit of £29 from the 2 bottles of wine we bought due to their high mark up of wine.
