Turban Tandoori — Restaurant in Scotland

I ordered the food with clear instructions to make it very hot n spicy with loads of green chillies however they have not followed an inch of instructions. Spoke to Sai who said he is the owner and he clearly puts the blame on me by telling that I collected 5 hrs late ( How does the spicy goes off in 5 hrs? ) and called the restaurant 2 days late about this complaint. I forwarded him the pictures taken via whatsapp. I was busy working as I am a doctor and could not the call next day. How does the facts change in 2 days? I deep dived into the website which states the owner is Satnam Singh Chahal n not Sai. He told that he will sort out next day but took a u turn.He was customer unfriendly and very rude.They do not have complaint policy and doesnt care about social media reviews. Staff were rather rude. Practically threw the food down onto the table, had it jumbled up on the edge of the table without telling us which order was which and handing it directly to us. Persons at the table registered blind and can’t even tell which food was which. Member of staff then knocked my mums serving spoon from her food onto the floor along with bits of food, realised, but never offered to get a new spoon for her and left the spoon along with bits of food lying on the floor for 15mins before someone else decided to pick it up. We finished our meal and the table was cleared, we sat for 20 minutes and no one offered a desserts menu or brought the birthday cake out I had handed to them at the start of the night for my mums birthday. The Turban Tandoori used to be fantastic, but in recent years the quality of food and standards of service have begun to slip quite dramatically as prices have skyrocketed.

Tonight, I called the restaurant to place an order for Christmas Day, as their Facebook page states: ‘let us bring the magic of Christmas straight to your door’. I asked the always rude woman on the phone if they were doing deliveries, and she said, in the rudest possible way, ‘no, collection only’. I proceeded to say ‘that’s fine’ and was going to place an order for collection anyway, but she abruptly hung up on me before I could proceed with the order. Why are people like this still in a job?
