KFC Wishaw - Glasgow Road — Restaurant in Scotland

Regularly visit the KFC. Food is usually hot and really good though they do rarely get the order wrong or forget to put something in. This KFC has installed the self serve machines which are easy to use and there is always someone on hand to serve is these are full or if paying in cash. In regards to making food it appears that delivery drivers usually get priority which is a joke. Delivery drivers now have their own little area and door which makes it easier for the customers. KFC was done up within recent years so it’s nice to sit in from time to time. They have a good number of seats inside and they have toilets too. The restaurant is accessible for the disabled as there are no steps heading into it. It has 2 disabled spaces outside and a disabled toilet. Do enjoy this KFC as it does the job when you need a quick bite to eat but it is getting more and more expensive each...

Waited 20 mins on food. Burger missing, husband said to girl at counter and when she walked away she muttered under her breath and smirked at another customer UNKNOWN to her we were all in birds eye view and saw it all. Went up and she denied it and was again smarmy ! Asked for manager who said refund or make food again. Made food again, and this time a large box of popcorn missing ! Wasnt even busy !! 4 orders on restaurant screen 2 on drive thru. But the just eat and uber were all attended too before us. So twice got it wrong. And the arrogance was disgusting, deplorable, uncalled for and rude. Just goes to show... all be careful who is watching !! Never ever experienced service like this in this branch. Ordered a family feast bucket from the drive thru where they told us they had no gravy left, was told to take a parking space as the chicken was due to be ready in the next couple of minutes. It was only 6 original pieces and fries we needed so didnt think it would be long. After 25 mins we went in to be told that it was just coming, we asked for a refund as we were already told that 25 mins ago. They were obviously prioritising all the just eat orders which they charge more for, than any customers who bother going to the shop, as we werent the only customers waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I could understand a small wait if the shop was very busy, but the shop was very quiet other than takeaway orders....
