We have visited this McDonald’s a few times now and have had such bad experiences that we now check our order before leaving as something is always wrong. More often than not the double cheeseburger, always ordered with no pickles and no onions. As standard he opened it up tonight to find onions which could actually be smelt before even opening.

He walked in with the burger to ask for a replacement, waited 5 minutes to even be spoken to and a further 10 for his burger which was 🥁🥁🥁 still wrong!! But this time it came out with pickles. The girl working walked through the back and her colleague very upset declared that her bus was at 12:05 (currently 11:56)

Given the time of night it could be overlooked as a sleepy mistake except when the worker finally came back out and said “bacon cheeseburger?” With a less than impressed expression. He said yes and she immediately asked if he’d like it remade (telling that she knew it was wrong again.)

I’m not usually one to leave a review but with the awful attitude we’ve had tonight, the juice that was infact warmer than the chips we received, the order being wrong yet again and how dirty the toilet facilities usually are, we are both quite upset.

To the girls working tonight, I hope you made it to your bus on time and that someone’s got to enjoy the wrong burger.

Time to take my very upset boyfriend home and hope that he doesn’t die of starvation during the...

I have ordered from this McDonalds a few times now.

I ordered a Vegetable Deluxe meal. It arrived, I take it home. The box is clearly labelled "Vegetable Deluxe", but inside was a mayo chicken. On a previous occasion, I ordered a Mozzerella Sticks Sharebox and a Vegetable Deluxe meal. The sticks arrived, without the sauce, and they missed out the burger entirely. On another previous occasion, I simply wanted a drink. I waited 30 minutes before a member of staff called me over, thinking I was waiting for a recent order, when it was placed over half an hour ago. I don't know if they sent someone out to Greenland to get the ice for the ice machine, but I'm not sure it takes half an hour to pour a Coke Zero.

I have complained to McDonalds management on multiple occasions who have assured me that "the feedback is passed on to the restaurant". If that's the case, why are there consistent issues even after multiple complaints? McDonalds management seem to think its ok to hand out free medium voucher meals as compensation. It does not make it ok. I am vegetarian, and I don't appreciate being served meat and told it's vegetarian.

Give this McDonalds a miss, perhaps the one on Craigshaw Road or inside the Asda in Garthdee...

Visited tonight to get something quick for tea.....nothing particularly quick about, but the food was worse. Got home to find the chips were ice cold, 1 burger cold, another missing half the stuff thats meant to be in it and cold and looked like it had been half chewed, and the third burger non existent. Chicken that the kids had ordered was cold and some was missing. Took most of it back to get replaced. Replacement food was still cold, replacement burger (a big mac) that had been missing stuff......was still missing stuff, possibly more than the first one including cheese and onion, with maybe three bits of lettuce in it, the basic cheeseburger had next to no sauce and looked like it had been thrown from some distance into the wrapper, then maybe stood on a bit. We live local and its always been hit and miss but for something quick its been just bareable. Won't be back after this one though, absolutely appalling. Will be complaining direct to mcdonalds as well but know from looking at other reviews nothing...
