McDonald's — Restaurant in Scotland

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life.

Upon exiting my vehicle I could hear 2 customers at the drive through junction shouting profanities at eachother (I'm guessing about who was next)

Once I entered the store its self there was an obvious intoxicated customer at the front shouting pretty loud about a McFlurry. This went on for a good few minutes before a staff member intervened asking him to leave. The staff member started shouting back at the customer eventually giving them a free McFlurry just so they would leave.

When trying to order, 2 out of the 4 kiosk machines didn't work and the one I used was so slow it took nearly 5 minutes to order a hamburger, medium coke and fries. I waited nearly 10 minutes for my food and while doing so many of the staff members were either standing doing nothing or messing about. There was maybe 3 members of staff actually doing anything.

I eventually received my food and I went to go find a seat but even that was difficult as most of the tables were filthy.

After finding a clean table I took out my meal and it was hardly even warm. I went to the front and said to a staff member and they said they would replace it with a fresh set. I then stood and watched a kitchen staff make my burger and just take one of the burgers meats out a red try thing they keep them in. My fries were scooped out of the pile sitting in a tray. Both the burger and fries were hot but we're not fresh as I was told they would be.

I would highly recommend you avoid this McDonald's and just goto the one...

Always forever forgetting or missing part of our order. So when u go to front of the counter, noone there to see as they're all through the back. Noone to manage front of house so there was a queue of customers waiting. So by the time I finally got my missing part of my order, my food upstairs was cold. The whole point of the self touch screen is to make it faster, easier and more efficient but easy to say, the workers at this location have no regards to customers orders and service. How the hell can u not get an order right!!! Not saying its the people who are preparing our food but whoever picks the food for the orders, do they not check before they hand out food!!! Luckily we never through the drive thru and if we did and parts of our order was missing, I would be p*ed off. I would suggest a re-training the workers on customer service and definitely have someone at the front desk to be there for any customer issues. I will definitely not be coming back as I rather have my food hot. Word of ear can make a difference and I will definitely be telling family and friends NOT to use this McDonalds...

This has to be the worst MacDonalds in Scotland if not the UK. I soooo wish the franchisee would lose it so someone who actually knows what they are doing would take it over. It has always been bad but tonight was just utter chaos.

I ordered via the drive thru. A simple order but I was told I had to park up to wait and they would deliver it to the car. I drove round to the parking area and every car that had been in front of me was also parked up. I sat for nearly 20 minutes watching and not one car that came after me drove off. They all parked up. 20 Minutes???? Just one poor lad was constantly coming outside with huge trays of food for the parked up cars. In the end I had to get out of my car to collect my meal because he was confused by the myriad of parked cars. I knew he had my meal because he had already handed food over to the van that had been in front of me. So after 20 minutes I got my freezing cold food and my Coke was flat because all the ice had melted.

I really am finally done with this one. I will not use it again. Sadly though many still will and nothing...
