If I could give 0 stars I would.
I ordered through the app. It took over 1hr 30mins to be delivered. When it was delivered it was freezing cold, stale. I believe it had been sitting for over an hour! Genuinely not edible, the veggie burger had lettuce on it that had gone bad ( black, see through and smelled completely sour), the cheese looked like it had been dropped on the ground and the veggie bits inside were soft and wet. Absolutely vile.
The bag with the drink in it had already been torn open when I was given it, there was no sauce or straw. I couldn't even drink the juice out of fear it had been tampered with.
I had to call uber eats, they organised a refund and advised me that the refund will be from the store and not uber. They also advised me someone from the saftey team will be calling me back re the bag being already opened.
Shortly after I recieved an email from McDonald's stating they have processed the refund. Great. Buth the card details they have refunded it to aren't even mine! Not the card I paid with it for, I don't even recognise it!
I have tried to call the restaurant but the 'line is busy' meaning the phone is off.

Girl at window panned me off when asked if my cheeseburger was plain and said 'there's no food in the kitchen yet park up' resulted in burger not being plain and having to walk in - I can see why they get the orders wrong 10 of them all standing about talking to each other and not one person deciding to serve me. A PLAYGROUND YOU SAY? finally got served by one of the older ones it only taken me 5 minutes all because the little girl panned me off and everyone was standing about hoping someone else would serve me.    Read morePlace is an absolute joke! Visited this restaurant 3 times and 100% won't be back. Always asked to park up after a drive through order. Never get the order right, no sauces etc. Felt sorry for the poor lad that runs in and out having to deal the customers he seemed a bag of nerves. Today my 7yo seemed alarmed at how "hard" his chicken was and said he couldn't chew it. đł it was cold and extremely hard around the edges. Asked for the manager ..."Arran" arrived out, clearly completely inexperienced and utterly not interested either. Told us he wasn't spending anymore time on us after listening to our complaint after about 1 min. Worst experience iv ever had at any McDonaldâs and iv experienced some poor customer service in my time. Wow wow wow. He refunded us ÂŁ1.19?!?! Clearly staffing issues.....with inexperienced managers doesn't make for a decent meal. Never mind having to book annual leave to actually get served, and hopefully get the right meal!
