Genuinely donāt understand the experience the other people in these reviews had. My friend and I were met with the most lovely staff member Iāve ever met this evening! (I unfortunately never caught her name but she was working around 5pm on 16/1/23, had blonde hair in a ponytail and a fringe.) She was so friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. She asked us about our preferences in coffee (if we preferred sweeter or more bitter coffees) and advised us against certain items on the menu we were initially intrigued by due to our preferences of sweeter coffee even though these other items were more expensive! She instead convinced us to try something other than our usual order and we ended up loving it because she took our preferences into consideration when giving us recommendations. After going back and forward several times I gave up and just said yes no. I had no idea what I was going to get at the window. I ordered a double shot latte, a skinny cappuccino, a soya mocha and a skinny mocha. I was given my 4 coffees one a time being told what each one was but not what milk was used. The cups were absolutely roasting without sleeves or even a cup holder. How I was expected to balance 4 roasting hot coffees I have no idea. There are 2 girls that are really nice when they get the order wrong and fix and apologies, no big deal. However, most of the time your order will be wrong and YOU are the problem when you ask them to rectify. They use to say I never asked for what my order is (same coffee every time) so i started using the app and pre-ordering missing out the speaker at the drive through thinking that might be where the ordering goes wrong. Ive been back today with my wrong order twice and I cant deal with the attitude of the staff. I explained to the staff that these are such luxury treats as they are expensive. They just don't care.
