I pride myself as a McDonalds connoisseur, and this is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. Every time I have visited this location, it has been filthy. Food is left all over the tables and no member of staff has any interest in cleaning up. Bins are always over flowing.
Orders are continually incorrect. If you order a burger plain it is guaranteed to come full, if you don't order plain it will come plain.
Something will always be wrong or missing with your order.
When you return to the counter to correct your order you are met by the rude disinterested and unpleasant staff.
I would also recommend not ordering any burger from this location. These appear to be slapped together in any old order, either with too much sauce or none at all. I actually think the burgers are used to fill Tyson Fury's punch bag before they are given to customers given the state of them.
The food is served in such an uncared for and sorry state that it makes you believe they would think nothing about dropping something on the floor and serving it to you in this filthy establishment.
I can understand why they have now had to hire a security guard on a quiet Wednesday night because the amount of irate customers due to the incompetence of staff is becoming dangerous.
Overall, this is probably the poorest McDonalds in the nation, compared to Galashiels down the road which is just as busy, you receive good service and a clean environment to eat your food.

Mix my order and forgot to put in bag one sandwich even though I was charged for it. It would be considered as a mistake but place was quiet So gave them another chance this time they forgot to put one full meal included juice etc. Rest was missing random item. Contacted Mcdonald customer service they gave me credit 10£ but I need to call first uber? That make no sense as it was McDonald's staff preparing order no5 uber driver.
