McIntyres Bar — Restaurant in Scotland

After writing this review I received the reply below, promising me a refund. Sadly, the contact details given only direct me to another review site, with no way of contacting the company or receiving a refund. I expect it's just a ruse to do nothing, but appear professional and honest.

*UPDATE. the bar have contacted me, and although PUBLICLY promising me a refund, so as to appear honest and fair on Google reviews, in private they refuse to refund me. According to them, the correct price for one glass of prosecco is 10.18 pounds and if the bartender told me otherwise then the fault is mine for not double checking the amount charged to my card

I had such a lovely experience at this bar! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what really made the visit special was the service. Quiet place for an Airport, but having said that - Prestwick Airport isn't a busy place after all. Fancied a Latte but the Coffee Machine had just finished cleaning and wasn't supplying any Coffee, so fair enough.

£3.50 for a half pint of Apple Juice!! Bit up there though, but the lady serving was friendly earning the 4 stars...
