Medium Rare — Restaurant in Scotland

It's definitely not cheap but it is simply THE most authentic Thai restaurant and takeaway we've come across in Scotland so far. Having been to Bangkok and Phuket and eaten there extensively, enjoying the most awesome street food, Homer2Go brings back so many amazing and happy memories. We live 40 minutes away from their takeaway, get the driver to meet us half way....we drive to meet the driver. That's how good this place is.

Som Tam, Laarb, awesome sticky rice, sushi etc etc... Just give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Note: restaurant is currently under refurbishment as of April 2023. Takeaway is a separate shop a few doors up the road but it does also have a few sit in tables.

Really, very good. One of my kids said, "it tastes like it's home made". Now, my ability to make authentic Thai food is at best limited so they were obviously referring to another home but I know what they meant, and it's a compliment. We went to Homer for the Japanese things on the menu too (they're Japan-mad) so we had sushi, dim-sum, spring rolls, veg green curry, and some kind of beef noodle thing. We cannot say enough about Homer in Ayr to make it any better than what it is. The food is beyond beautiful and very well presented in portions that are just enough to make you want more and more .
