Moon Garden — Restaurant in Scotland

Terrible experience with this dreadful place. I have ordered take away many times from moon garden and used to be my favourite take away in larkhall. Lately the quality has decreased. The last time I ordered items were missing from my order. My curry source. I called them to explain, I was very happy for them to resolve the issue. The female i spoke to insisted that she had poured curry source over my rice. When I told her this had clearly not happened, she pretended that she could not hear me then put the phone down. I even emailed them a picture. They are happy to take your money up front, and then fail to provide you with what you paid for. My tastless dry food went in the bin.Dont trust...

Paid for my meal online only for driver to come try and charge me and then walk away with my meal after I paid it's all on cctv shop has not replied back after sending them videos in via email next step is the papers and local mp about this I've paid for a meal never got it 😡😡 delivery driver only wanted more cash never ordering from here again as shop has inmgnored me not long untilvideos is all over on line and in newspapers of this robbing driving it's all on cctv him walking away with my meal trying to charge cash on receipt is said paid i paid by my card so why did I not get meal driver...

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking service received tonight. The past 2 times I have ordered from them a separate black bean sauce. Which had been absolutely no problem at all. The woman on tonight told my husband it can't be done as she's worked their for 30 years and wasn't for asking through the back. I even phoned in to explain that I've received this order twice before no bother...her attitude over the phone was shocking and she wasn't willing to accommodate.
