Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

The food was good enough though I would recommend you not to go during school lunch time. The selection was nothing special but it served its purpose. Ideal for a quick and easy meal. Not so great for disability. All to often you have to queue to get to the till with your selection then you tend to find all the nearest tables occupied, forcing you to often go as much as half way down the seating area to find a free table. For people with mobility problems, trying to carry a tray, this is very uncomfortable. Then you have to put up with the academy kids showing their ignorance in a variety of ways. To top it off, the seats are all hard wood and after a few minutes become pretty uncomfortable. But perhaps that is part of the masterplan, to get you finish as fast as possible...

Unfortunately we won't be coming back as this is the third time in a row the food has been terrible. We came back to try again, as we've always enjoyed their cafe but it has really gone down hill. Tables a mess, mess on the floor, missing items on the breakfast, food was cold. Always seems to be the same excuses that their short staffed. We did complain about the food, it was taken back which we really appreciated but it basically came back just as bad. Not fair on the staff on the till that have to deal with...

First time here, but will definitely be back, good food at a competitive price.
