Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

It was Very disappointing I appreciate it WAS very busy BUT it was Saturday..... be prepared !!!!! There was no mugs anywhere nothing to eat a row of empty plates no teaspoons I had to stir my tea with a knife ... to crown it all THERE WAS NO STAFF AT THE TILL we had to shout to a lady to see if she could provide us with some help ... which I might add she did so willingly finally there was no room in the. trolly for used trays the were filled to capacity all this and it was'nt even 3 pm. Pretty poor show Morrisons EMPLOY MORE STAFF !!!!!! They lady behind us left the queue in frustration you really dont deserve custome in this situation and its not the first time it has happenef both in KIRKCALDY and ...

Pre-Cooked Breakfast, not fresh. Arrived for late breakfast around 11.40am and ordered Big Scots Breakfast and Eggs Benedict. Our lovely cashier asked kitchen if Eggs Benedict still available... "nut" was the kitchen response. Quick apology from our Cashier led us to ordering 2 Breakfast with extra haggis. Quickly brought to table once we settled. Yuck! All food was pre cooked and that was very telling in the taste and quality! Bacon not very hot, eggs had a rubbery base, toast came pre buttered (i personally hate butter) and haggis was dry, with the same taste of being left out. Bitterly disappointed. Only the coffee and lovely cashier get the 2 star. Wont be back...

Oh, dear. What has happened here? Haven’t been in a Morrisons Café for a while, so tried the one in Kirkcaldy.

I remember being able to get a properly made barista-style cappuccino with oat milk… NO. Undrinkable brown liquid out of a machine. Milky coffee only available with cows milk, which I can’t do. Gluten-free toastie arrived overcooked and completely devoid of any taste. Staff are trying to make the best of a bad job.
