Very poor. -Dirty wine glasses, tables were sticky and food was stuck to the chair. -All food was almost cold. -Fairly sure all food was frozen (not home made). -Pad thai had no flavour and noodles were coagulated. Prawns were cooked very well. Definitely shouldn't have paid for pad thai. -Thai fish cakes had no flavour and were more potato than fish. -Packaged parmesan for fries which seemed to be from frozen. -Waiting staff too busy to understand why food was only OK when checked on in passing. -Was told wine had been upgraded, not sure why as I'd ordered the wine I wanted and not convinced it had been anyway. -Finally, was told we should have said something/ bought up the issues if there was a problem by the owner and nothing was done about our...

I love this place and have been many times but tonight I had my final visit. The wine we ordered wasn’t available so we chose a more expensive option. What we got was a carafe of red wine. Pizzas were delicious - as always. But the carafe of red wine? What was that about? We thought we’d accidentally been given a carafe of house. The water never arrived. The table next to us were told desserts they hadn’t ordered weren’t available. It was all a little odd. When I went to pay the bill I was given the total and the waitress seemed confused when I asked to see the breakdown. The charge for wine was £48 which I questioned and was told they had poured it into a carafe to air the wine. We never saw the original bottle. All very dodgy. I...

Went on a lovely date here, lovely atmosphere and cosy woodburning stove. The staff were attentive, but maybe a bit too attentive. The young waitress knew my date personally and lingered a bit too long telling me stories about my date and his colleagues. It was funny at first but then a bit tiresome as it kept happening and when we wanted privacy and time alone to get to know each other. Could just be a small town thing, it was definitely not malicious. But would recommend in future that staff respect customer's private time. Food was great, owner was...
