If you want a lesson on how not to runa business then sit in papa joes for 30 minutes.rude staff members as if they have been forced to work thier.if you ask for an omelet you alwaysget told there not making them its an omelet take it of the menu if you cant make them. drivers seem to get treated like slaves iv seen them coming back with milk and bread.iv never herd of drivers doing shopping runs. iv seen staff members arguing with customers what happened to the customer is always right?i only come in here because its near my work if there was another palce to eat in then i would.the cook in the back is always growlin at customers waiting also i think she needs trained on customer service.iv had a few deliverys from them and they are always mega late as well.they obviopusly cant...

Great local place to get breakfast or lunch. Service today was not good. I ordered 2 x rolls to takeaway and a late white I waited. I stated I wanted it while I waited and the young man (mid 20s?) said he would get it while I waited. Then he went out back and my latte didn't come till my order was ready. I get you are busy but when the server says they are doing something and then totally fails. It means he either wasn't listening or didn't care! Both very bad ways to deal with customers in a customer...

Ordered last week through their own website and after about 10 mins they decided not to accept my order and I had to wait a day for a refund, tried to order on just eat today and everything looked fine, added items to my basket, got to the checkout and couldn't order as they had "closed" went back and looked and they were no longer accepting orders. Why bother offering a delivery service if you can't do it! Save yourself some time and...
