Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Scotland

Service is poor. We ordered for pizza worth £38. Plus and It was delivered to the wrong address and was left on a muddy ground outside someone’s garden and slugs entered inside it. Worst of all is that we tipped the delivery guy..who in his right sense will leave someone’s food outside on the ground. He did not even call to say he could not find our address rather he did this. I will not order from therre again its so sad after waiting for almost an hour for our pizza.i want my refund but can’t get customer service.The lady i called to complain at the shop cares less and told me there is no orders again when the shop closes at 11am and this happened since 8 pm.we were really waiting for dinner and got disappointed.This picture below is not my house. Forced to order from here the other night , I'm not a fan of chain pizza places but remember going to pizza hut on corner of west Nile st when I was a kid and It was good so thought I'd give it a try. My wife wanted to risk it so we got 2 supreme pizzas and altered the toppings slightly. The guy arrived pretty much when expected and the pizzas looked good. We reckoned we would have a pizza each on first night and rest the next night as we usually do. These pizzas barely have any toppings on them and are not filling at all, I could have easily ate two on one sitting, which considering the price even with a special offer is deeply distressing. Pizza Hut Airdrie. Ordered 6pm told 55min to 65min. At 7:10pm called and spoke to Manager Nic who was said a further 30min wait and was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t offer anything extra as ‘If I offered everyone something extra that we disappoint we would go out of business.’ I have a recording of the call.
