Been ordering here on and off for years. Always try to be loyal to businesses but last night's order was really poor unfortunately. Lamb kebab was tough and full of gristle. Had to wrestle with my teeth to get any meat soft enough to chew, drowned in a basic chilli sauce and sloppy salad. The kebabs here used to be phenomenal. Pizza was decent and always good service, just a lack of care in basic products and cooking. I know it's only a basic takeaway meal but these things are just a wee treat and it's disappointing to get food so badly prepared. Binned almost all of it

Yhese guys used to be brilliant. Can't fault the quality of the food but just got the smallest kebab yet. Noticed a few months ago they were getting smaller but thankfully the one last week was back to its best. Just picked up an identical order and it's far smaller. Far too much inconsistency in portions now. It's even in a smaller box. I pay for the large size and extras to get a large with extras. Food is really great but the inconsistent portions...

ordered hoagie paid for sauce it didn't come with meal took them 35min for them to turn up with sauce meal was ruined and ended up in bin won't use again .called at 21.44 was told they would send down called again 10pm was told 2min he be there turned up at 22.25 absolute joke

*update if you read the message correctly I nvr said I called you at 22.25 I said he turned up at 22.25 I called at 21.44 was told he would be back down . I called at 22.01 was told he was on way be 2 min .I called at 22.15 and said don't bother sending sauce meal was cold and ruined . just refund . I nvr asked for full refund my wife ate hers and enjoyed hers . fact is it took 35 min for you to get missing part of meal out ...

We ordered from here for the very first time today as received a leaflet through the door. My husband and myself drove from Dunfermline to Dalgety Bay. The old man serving us was so bad mannered and rude when taking the order. Kept rolling his eyes. Not friendly at all. Clearly asked for a hoagie in naan but got it home to find it was a wrap but don't mind now as won't be back anyway because the old man wasn't very friendly. Should have really cancelled after his behaviour but would have felt bad but with hindsight it would have been better. Definitely poor quality and the standard of the place was also very poor. Sorry, but please think again...
