Absolutely awful. One of the worst local cafes I have ever been to and I would not want to see any local business go out of business however they have not done themselves any favours in that regard. I feel sorry for the staff who were working as they were clearly under pressure and under experienced. We were unable to order food as they were overwhelmed with orders. We waited over half an hour for coffee and after eventually managing to order food and waiting a further 15-30 minutes (for a toasted bagel) receiving our food my first bagel was found to have a hair in it and the second was not toasted. There was no management working therefore NO refund could be processed as the staff that were on did not know how to do this, and we were told management would be informed and a refund sent through as soon as possible. After not receiving a refund days later, we had contacted them through Instagram to no avail yet they kept posting on their page? Commenting on posts multiple times we have still received NO response and this is truly awful service for a local cafe chain. I haven’t received service as bad as this from any cafe ever, nevermind a local one who should...

First class coffee shop. We had delicious food, the biggest cup of coffee I've ever had and it was made all the better by being allowed to have doggo in. She was given water and her first ever pupachinno which Dibby loved. Staff were really nice and friendly. Would highly recommend this lovely eatery! Whoever makes the coleslaw and the pancakes, scones...
