Well after today I am utterly shocked at the service, booked a table for 5pm for 3 for fathers day, so we go in get seated, the waiter comes to take drinks order done and got, after 25min they come to take our starter and main order so we gave it, then after 40 min another waiter comes over can I take your order sorry we have ordered already, then our starter comes out,then the waiter comes over before we have even had our main for payment, eh sorry not paying till I have eaten, so after a further 20min the waiter comes for 3rd time can I take your order eh we have ordered and had our starter and waiting on our main, so the original waiter comes over sorry I have lost your order eh it's on same paper you gave our starter from, so away he goes and comes back after a further 20min can I ask you to order again please eh sorry but no just give me the bill for what we have had and we would be quicker ordering takeaway, so he say can I take order for that eh no I booked a table at 5pm to sit down it's now 6.10pm and you want me to take away not happening give me the bill, so he comes back and says sorry don't pay we will cover it yeh cheers for free starter and a cola but you have upset my son as he was excited going out for...

One of the best curries I have ever had. We came here for a date night dinner and I was thoroughly impressed by the very friendly, lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given a lovely window seat. The menu here is reasonably priced and has a good mix of more traditional and unusual curries. The chicken tikka masala was my choice (I can't handle anything too hot!) and was delicious - slightly spicy and fruity. Thumbs up for the peshwari naan and the balti-jalfrezi too. I have tried this place a couple of times. It gets a good reputation locally. I was profoundly disappointed in vegetarian meals on both visits. This was due to lack of vegetables in the vegetable curries. One of the curries had onion, garlic and ginger as the only vegetables. I find that bizarre in an Indian restaurant as many Indians are vegetarian. My kids tell me the meat dishes were good.
