Ordered from this restaurant regularly when it was the New Royal Blossom then Royal Garden. Mainly takeaways but also sat in and got to know the lady Mae very well. Never had a bad meal whilst she was there however out the blue the meals changed so we started going elsewhere. I kept hearing it was under new management and the food was expensive but fantastic so we gave it a go. Now I have health issues with my stomach so I need a mild curry now which I always emphasise. We also ordered ribs and the order was £19.30. The ribs were over cooked brick hard and neither of us could eat them so they went in the bin. The curry was not mild so they hadn’t listened. The rest of the order was poor. The sizes are smaller than usual and the prices higher but had the food been good it wouldn’t have been a problem. There are far better Chinese restaurants in Irvine that charge less for better food. Tried to phone to complain twice but no answer despite it saying to contact them if you have a problem. Had to repeat the order several times when being placed so unsure if it’s a language barrier in terms of the mild curry but the ribs were dreadful. So disappointed as had heard good things. Won’t be back and would like a refund. Order was placed on Sunday evening 15th and the boy that delivered has been delivering for years since New Royal Blossom and can verify we are regulars or should say we were regulars. I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food in general. But this restaurant was fantastic 🤩 my wife and I visited on a Friday night and was great to see a great value pre theatre menu available. Good choices on it as well. I had the chicken satay skewers to start and they were unreal...so good 😊 I then had the shredded chicken for my main and it was also fantastic. My wife has the mini spring rolls to start and the lemon chicken. It was also lovely, to finish she has chocolate fudge cake and I had coconut ice-cream. 3 courses for £20.95 is great value and a lovely bottle of new Zealand SUV wine for under £30 all in fantastic food and value. And must mention the staff... outstanding service the young woman and boy who were serving us were fantastic...

It is our first visit to this restaurant. The staff was amazing, especially Jess and Kelvin, who made our date night extra special.

The dishes were excellent, and the flavour suited our picky palate. We highly recommend their chicken satay!!! The best we ever tasted.

We also like the cosy atmosphere with light music and low lights.

The food presentation was marvellous, and the dinnerwares were stylish too. Especially those sizzling dishes which served on a unique hot metal-bowl ware on a wooden stand, which makes the dining experience so theatrical.
