Great coffee & cakes but no customer toilet facilities! Although the café has literally pushed the legal requirement to the limit of not having to provide customer toilets for premises with 10 seats or less, it is a modern expectation that in a café where food is served that a toilet is available, especially given the surrounding commercial nature of this area, spending a couple of hours wandering around car lots and showrooms then to spot a nice place to have a sit down and a cuppa to then find there is nowhere to visit a toilet was a shame. There was a staff toilet, which is legally required, but it did take the sheen off what could have been a perfect venue. Having a toilet on the premises already could make it possible to enable customer access, having done a similar thing in two cafés I operated within leased buildings it was only a small task in the scheme of things to upgrade the toilet for customer use, the benefits were huge in the long run as customers would spend longer eating and drinking! The staff were lovely, the premises were clean but for anyone disabled looking for a cuppa and a cake, or if you're having a pit stop with kids, just don't need the loo! For this reason alone it's a three star rating for now. This could be easily sorted for very little money, something I feel the operators should...
