Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

No sausage rolls😬🙉. Had a beans and sausage melt, which was luke warm. Tables not cleaned, food all over the floor. No napkins in dispenser. In the toilet, the hygiene container had paper sticking out of it. I have been to Greggs several times, and the tables and floors are never clean. I heard a customer asking for the spray to clean their table it was cleaned, but no other table. The place was quiet so no reason not to...

It was very dirty, the toilets were shockingly unclean and messy. I brought my baby in there to have something quick to eat and I couldn't use the baby chair facilities. They were ingrained with old food. I did ask someone to clean it but they didn't scrub it they used a few sheets of 'blue roll' and a spray detergent. So I held my baby to feed her. Ordered a cheese and ham toastie. The woman took it away for a few mins to "toast" it and gave it back. Took it and drove 2 mins home. It wasn't toasted...at all. I tried to toast it at home, burnt it. That's my fault. I should have taken it back but I shouldn't have to. I would have thought that toasting a toastie would be a basic job for Greggs.
