The Hot Wok (Glasgow) — Restaurant in Scotland

Ordered a chicken curry with rice and spring rolls prawn crackers and chips and can only describe the experience as bogging. The curry arrived literally withing 15 mins tho stating it would be an hour and considering it came so fast the curry was cold and needed to be reheated to which we then find bits which can only describe as like cartilage or something through the chicken some parts of the chicken where tough while others soft and jelly like only tried about a cpl of pieces, chips where definitely reheats as was the whole thing what ever the chicken was it was most definitely cooked from frozen possibly Iceland brand diced chicken tho with the condition of the supposed chicken I think that would be hard on Iceland and the prawn crackers where soggy me and the wife scraped the lot straight in the bin and made do with a sandwich, £20 down the drain and a monstrosity of a curry...

We had ordered for the first time through justeat 2 days ago, food was great and was delivered to us within 30min (we stay away about 10 min drive), so based on the 1st experience we have ordered very similar order today, but via their website, 2 hrs now and food still hasn't been delivered. I phoned in after waiting just over an hour just to make sure they had received it and been told that food is with the driver, a further hour later still nothing, got to a point that I'm not even hungry. Not sure if justeat customers are being treated better but defo won't be...

Just had a meal delivered and it is really cold , phoned back and the girl who answered the phone was really cheeky ,didn't believe that the food could be cold and was quite nasty. She then offered to replace the meal but after waiting nearly an hour and a half for the cold one to arrive I wasn't prepared to wait any longer for my food . Once the food was reheated it was ok except for the chips they had to go in the bin. The one star is due to the attitude of the staff and because of that woman lack of customer service I won't be back to...
