I think if you leave the farm and walk round the back somewhere there are fields of sheep, but due to no clear signs or anything we only found out about it once out of the park.
The greenhouse is closed and did not see any cafes or other facilities in the park.
After walking for miles saw some teeny tiny playground for the young ones. I find it a bit shocking to say the least for such a big park offering such a miniature kids playground.
Did not see any picnic tables either.

Read moreThis is a really big urban park just on the edge of Glasgow's east end. Easy to find as it edges on to the Tollcross International Swimming Centre. So, easy to park there and wander round. Also means good cafe and food, warm, dry and relatively clean toilets. The park is set on a fairly big piece of undulating land on the side of a definite hill. Full of grassed areas and mature trees. There is a big glasshouse but I never looked in and it's own cafe but I never went in. Lots of walking and running potential. Plenty of tarmaced paths and hardcore too. I'd go again, if only for...
