Disappointed and annoyed that having arrived late afternoon from Inverness, after checking into my accommodation, tired and hungry, I Googled restaurants open this evening for dinner, within 15 minute walking distance from my accommodation. This venue came up and so did its adjoining restaurant with a different name. Open until 11pm is advertised on both sites. On walking there, I was told the restaurant was closed for the winter and only the bar, no meals, was open. Italian chefs whisper to each other after closing time of such things, of the customer who had spaghetti Bolognese and when it came time for them to say 'when' as they were grating the cheese over their dish, nothing was said for an hour and a half.
