The Seafront Cafe & Takeaway — Restaurant in Scotland

Were exploring the area and were looking for a place for a coffee and cake in the afternoon. This was a nice clean and comfortable little place that offers a warm welcome. There is a full and extensive menu, but we just had coffee which was very good, scone and jam which was really nice and a piece of Malteser cake which judging by the speed of its consumption was really good too. Our visit was pretty much perfect! The proprietor was very welcoming and friendly, the drinks were excellent and well-priced, and the scones were delicious. Popped in by to get a takeaway lunch & had a lovely meal with the Picnic box of Sandwiches, quiche, salad, small cakes & a small tub of coleslaw which was all homemade & tasted delightful, then some fruit & cheese scones for after’s, all at a reasonable price & friendly service, well worth a visit...
