I originally wrote a very lengthy review but apparently it didn't post, to sum it up I have ordered many many times from here and many times my food has came out not what I ordered or just cold or stale, my recent incident was ordering food via ubee eats a 35+ pounds order, they had me waiting 50mins for the food they said they accepted my order prepping cooking and ubee driver is on they're way to pick it up, they're waiting on your order, CANCELLED we don't have one item that you ordered, it was a drink. I was like okay my options are re order the available items or substitute with something else on the menu I substituted it for a different drink on the menu that said it was available same as the previous ones, I wait another 55 minutes, food is getting pepped it's read ubee driver is sent out there waiting for your order etc CANCELLED refunded again, what now, my substituted item isn't available THEY MADE WE WAIT NEARLY AN HOUR EACH TIME TO CANCEL MY WHOLE ORDER OVER A SINGLE DRINK AND WHEN I WANT TO RE ORDER I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR WITH NO FORM OF COMPENSATION, no I am not waiting that long again nearly 3 hours for me to not even have my order over a single drink each time, I feel sorry for the two different uber drivers who drove out to pick up my order each time to just to get told by they need to cancel the order over a single drink even tho they prepped and made the rest or my order? Hell no I'm waiting another hour just to potentially have my order cancelled again over a single drink not being available, great job to Tims for accepting my order and not even reading what I ordered to cancel it 50 min into me waiting over just a single drink and have the gull to make me re order and wait for another 50 min cancel again and expect me to re order for a 3rd time, the confidence is...

Sometimes the cheaper drinks on menu don’t always taste so great sometimes their mocha doesn’t taste right (rarely) but this is a really nice store. It should be a bit cleaner sometime especially bathrooms but the foods taste and it’s really good for breakfast.
Stores got a nice design only thing is they need to clean it more often and maybe supply paper napkin with the order etc instead of the customer having to come back to the till to collect a napkin.
Feedback: Regularly clean the tables, the floor and make sure the toilets are clean
Drinks quality is sometimes variable, sometimes ingredients are missing from drinks and it doesn’t taste right (see other reviews saying similar) but they’re happy enough to make a drink again if it doesn’t taste right just need to ask. Read moreI was recently in Tim Hortons Motherwell branch (20/07/24). The cashier that served me was Carly. I am extremely hard of hearing and asked her if she could shout my number loudly please, she smirked and said youre the only one here. No I wasnt. There was a man behind me and a couple of women in the branch too. When my order came, its a good job I was looking, as she didnt even say my order number or indicate it was my order. Being hard of hearing is not an easy thing to deal with and to be smirked at when asking for a little bit of understanding......not good Im afraid and not a good advert for your branch. I dont appreciate being made to feel uncomfortable. Im having to review here as the QR code on the bottom of the receipt is too blurred to scan.
