Worst customer service ever ! (Sunday 4th August,2019)
The order process began in a fairly straight forward fashion..Ordered x3 pizzas on the website at 5 pm and received a confirmation. X1 hour passes so i call to see the whereabouts of the pizza. Reply โthe driver is on his way, he will be there soonโ.
Im starting to get a little frustrated but hey they must be good to be this busy. Another hour later..i call again...โHi there its been x2 hoursโ. Rude staff member โyouve scheduled it for 7 pmโ....I hadnt done this and was confused..i cancelled the pizza asking for a refund. By this time i was over it.
I then looked at my email confirmation and under time of delivery it was written โscheduledโ with a link. I clicked the link and sure enough there was the time of 7 pm...but the sneaky part of all of this is i didnt schedule it for this time..they did after making the order! And when i received my email i didnt click through on the word schedule - i didnt even know it was a link ! Misleading, confusing and quite frankly very sneaky. Lets face it most people dont expect to wait x2 hours for a local pizza delivery and all they had to do was ask me if i didnt mind waiting x2 hours as they were clearly exceptionally busy..my reply would have of course been no and clearly they must have known that..hence no contact on their part.
X2 hours later the pizza arrives. I explain to the driver that i have notified the restaurant that the pizza was cancelled because it was x2 hours late. His reply โthats okay mate ill eat it myselfโ...
Seriously, what is the world coming to?! These guys are complete jokers
We are now x3 days after the incident No call to apologise ! No refund...

When I arrive I wait about for 5 minutes after saying I'm here to collect my order, only to be told that half of my order has been 'sent out on a delivery by accident', and they are having to remake it. So not only is the wait frustrating, but I also have to accept an overlooked pizza that has been left in the oven whilst the other half is remade. Now had this been the first time that there had been a mishap then I would be forgiving...mistakes happen etc. However, only a few weeks ago I had placed an order to collect, only to find that upon arrival to collect that I it had been cancelled. Was there a phone call...nope... The food is good in here, arguably one of the best takeaway pizzas around. However, service is shockingly awful. For a place with so many staff, it really is organised chaos. If your after a good pizza, then this place is too notch, but be aware, in three times of ordering from here, they have failed to deliver on two occasions. First of all staff were the BEST there is something really good going with a company when all the staff are friendly, hospitable and down for a laugh/chat!

๐ I got the chefs special burrata, hot honey and pepperoni and it went SO WELL but it took me a good day and a half of looking at the menu & insta and 10 mins in the shop to decide what I was actually going to eat ๐คฃ The pizza base was thin, but crisp, held the hot honey VERY WELL and the crust had a good soft crunch IYKYK.
๐ Pasta, blew me away I went for a chicken Alfredo and garlicky and creamy and just delicious
๐ง Mozzarella sticks absolutely phenomenal, who doesnโt love a cheese pull ๐ฅฐ๐ฅน ๐ง
Portion sizes for the price are extremely reasonable as well and they have mid week deals, 2-4 Tuesdays and lunch deals so thereโs everything to suit a budget too! ๐๐
The holy cannoli were fabulous as well - you always have room for a small sweet at the end ๐ these bite sized pieces of goodness were nommy!
