Everything was fantastic till dessert time when I ordered a dessert, knickerbocker glory priced at£7.25 & described as being topped with fresh cream.
I was rather put off as the dessert was served in an oval dish used for serving main meals & starters as it was badly scorched from being in an oven or under a grill and not in a Large tall conical glass, the classic knickerbocker glory is served in.
To make matters worse the fresh cream was tinned whipping cream that looks like shaving foam.
The waiter took the dessert away and showed the manager it who then said sorry but all the other Tony macaroni restaurants have a machine for whipping cream and we don't. I did mention that the chefs could use a bowl & a whisk!! At that time there was only 7 rabies left in the restaurant and the last one in was on there main course so the kitchen was not under any pressure.
I would go back but when paying £7.25 for a dessert when the menu says fresh, you do tend to expect fresh, and next time please try to have the proper dishes for serving the desserts in so that it looks like the photo on the menu. Or...

The pineapple slices were razor thin and pretty much non existent. £1.40 extra for maybe 2g of pineapple... The Cajun pizza I had was crazy spicy, burned my mouth for a good 5 minutes but that's maybe by design. The "Cajun fries" what even is Cajun? What does that mean? I was expecting spiced, similar to nandos or anywhere else that does spicy chips... Nah, just a box with as much rosemary as there was chips... I'd rather pay double and go elsewhere I'm exceedingly disappointed- I check the website and it mentions about the skill and whatnot of the chefs- the only explanation I can come to is the chef was off sick or non existent but since there are many reviews like this...

Offered to send over photos and they hung up the phone. Called back, no resolution and adamant theres no chilli. Dish was spice and visibly covered in chilli. See attached photos. Wont be back. Concerning how a restaurant cant or wont follow...
