What a hidden gem this place is! Popped in for lunch today while we were visiting the park and will definitely be back. Menu had a great selection of sandwiches, toasties & baked potatoes - with plenty of gluten free and vegan options available too. Kids selections are absolutely fantastic for the price, lots to suit even the fussiest of little eaters! Our food arrived quickly and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Cake selection is great, so many to pick from, and I was told that the scones - which looked delicious - are all baked fresh by the staff, not something you see that often! Can’t fault the service at all, it was busy at the time we were there and it seemed a private booking was also arriving at the same time, the two women (Donna & Sharn) were kept busy and nothing was too much trouble. If I had one recommendation, it would be to see there was a way to add a tip on to card payments? Unfortunately we didn’t have any cash with us and when paying I wanted to add something onto my card but the woman taking my payment was unsure if this was possible so I had to leave it. I’ll know for next time though!

Came in for an impromptu lunch after being turned away from other venues because of the dog. Immediately met by lovely staff who were so warm and accommodating. They went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements and the soup and sandwich was the best one I’ve had in years. Large portions and quality ingredients. We then had scones which were amazing and the Earl Grey tea was delicious. We will be back and we will definitely recommend it.

We had a great visit to muiravonside country park and it was great to have a cafe to stop and refuel. We had soup and toasties and they were delicious. The staff were fantastic and all friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for BLT sandwiches which looked amazing.

What a Hidden Gem! The cafe is amazing, really great coffee and fantastic cakes - truly spoiled for choice (loads of Vegan options, the Biscoff and the Oreo cakes were brilliant) - lovely friendly staff they've made an amazing job of the cafe, everything you could ask for after a fun stomp around the park - dog friendly too, although we chose to sit outside in the sun with our takeaway goodies (all eco-packaging which is a brilliant touch). Thanks for making us so welcome and for the great food and coffee....

Stupid rules re menu at lunch transition. In the door to stand and queue for 15 minutes. Person in front asked for something of lunch menu at 8 minutes to 12 and serving staff were less than friendly when dismissing that persons order as it was too early. Finally get to the front to be told what we wanted we couldn't have because it was too late at 5mins to 12.. Pretty annoyed, sttod and qued for nothing. want to support local businesses but with attitudes towards customers like this...
