Yummy Roast — Restaurant in Scotland

To quote my good friend Tom Jones “that crispy pork is a problem… because I don’t have any”.

I’ve only ever had the three roast from here but my goodness if that’s anything to measure the rest of their menu against, then this little place should be on the Michelin guide.

I’m probably overhyping this a little, but with some serious homely warming and gluttonous food, Yummy Roast consistently delivers something that always hits the spot.

The staff (who I really hope are a married couple) are absolutely lovely and accommodating, and boss always treats us excellently.

A must visit for Partick!...

A relatively new addition to the Partick area which is already filled with numerous Chinese restaurants. This spot did however feel more authentic than most, if not for their roast ducks hanging by the door! The food was delicious and the portions were massive, their roast duck stays true to the Cantonese style. Would strongly recommend trying their three roasts to get the best of everything 🦆 The restaurant was however quite small so probably more suited to a quick meal/takeaway rather than a relaxing...

Found this place by chance on the way home from work, the menu sounded excellent so couldn't resist giving it a go. It's some of the best takeaway food I've had in a long long time it was absolutely superb. Cantonese roast duck and roast pork were both fantastic and also tried the beef brisket noodles in spicy broth. The brisket was tender and fatty and the broth was packed full of flavour will be back soon to try more...
