You can tell they really care about the quality of their dishes, and it definitely shows in the taste. The menu offers a great variety and everything I’ve tried so far has been top-notch. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. I had an issue with a delivery, and although it was a bit frustrating at first, the owner personally stepped in to resolve it. He was incredibly polite, understanding, and genuinely eager to help. It's rare these days to come across a business owner who takes the time to listen and go out of their way to ensure a customer is satisfied. He handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of, which turned the whole situation around. It’s one thing to serve good food, but when a place also shows this level of care and respect for its customers, it really makes a lasting impression. I truly appreciate the way my concern was handled and I’ll definitely continue to order from them in the future. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Zulu's Peri Peri Restaurant. The person answering the phone has been consistently rude and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, they struggled with my address and responded rudely when I tried to clarify. They have hung up on me several times, refused to deliver, and mocked my name in a rude manner. When I ask the reason or if there is anything wrong about my name, they make excuses as they just wanted to confirm they have correctly repeated my name. It was extremely weird. I never ever faced such a open rude behaviour in any other restaurant I have experience before. Even when I finally received my order, the food quality was poor. It seems there is no management to address this bad behaviour. I hope there is management staff to take this seriously and make necessary changes. I feel very disrespected and would never order from them again. Customer satisfaction is not the value. It is shame that we disrespect the customer many times and bring no positive improvement or change...
