Bobs — Restaurant in Sefton

I’ve ordered from big bobs before and have never had a problem, food is always delicious and affordable. There was a problem with the delivery of my food tonight and the food didn’t end up arriving. However, I received a very polite phone call from Jake explaining the issues and apologising profusely which I appreciated, he offered me an full refund and even went as far as to offer me a discount for my next order. Despite the hiccup tonight I will still be ordering from Big Bobs in the future as their food...

Ordered my food. Order window passes. Gives me new one. That passes. Ring up fella is quite rude and says it’ll be half an hour. That was an hour ago. They’re now shut and I’m assuming food not coming. [update] food came at half 4 in the morning (3 hours late) and despite instructions being printed on the bag the driver proceeded to knock on the door and wake up everyone in the house. Did not eat the food it was awful, did not trust the smell or the looks. Burgers where squished, wraps where soggy and everything was falling apart. Didn’t even get what I ordered. Everything went straight in the bin I had to order from somewhere else! but couldn’t get a refund as they said “every restaurant has its own taste and smell and appearance”....
