Peeps Fast Food — Restaurant in Sefton

Ok my expierence was so bad we had to give the food back we ordered 2 large fish dinners and it came as 2 x fish only . But the shock was that they try to con us We had a menu posted through our door about 1 week ago and it says small cod £4 large cod £5 . when we got the order apart from it being wrong they give us small fish and try to say we only do 1 size now even tho the menu says 2 sizes . They try to con us by giving us small fish and not large ones . They told us fish had gone up in price so we only do 1 size and the menu was a old menu even tho we got it posted a week ago . Am sure they are putting it through the till as a small fish and pocketing the difference . order was given back and we went to another chip shop the fish we got from another chip shop was twice the size and it was cod to we have been coming here for a long time and this is not the first time they have done this to us but we will never go back again for the fibs that they told us and the size of the fish was shocking it would of not feed a kid never mind a adult it would of been better to just give us 2 fishfingers this place has gone right down the pan and never ever...

Service was shocking. There is no leader. No one knew what orders were where. We were literally just waiting for something to go wrong. The time we waited was average I'd say for 2 large salt and pepper boxes. Everything was hot but there was a but of whispering (alarm bells in head) and then we got the boxes. When we opened them there were no onion rings as it said on menu ( hence the whispering I'm guessing) so rather than 2 onion rings they put 1 child's potato smiley face in. This happened earlier, I ordered two steak dinners and won ton noodle soup at 18.55 it finally arrived at 20.05. 1hour ten minutes later, it takes 3mins by car from there to my location. I said “ it’s been 1h 10mins” what I got was shrug of the shoulders like it couldn’t be helped, so I felt the food and it was just a bit warm.
