i stumbled across The Pavillion whilst looking for a venue for my parents joint 60th. The management team was great with communicating what they offered and the space avaliable, and costings. we had a viewing of the space and was given lots of options of what we could do. The Chef came out and spoke to us in regards to the buffet. they allowed access during the day for us to decorate and the staff were amazing. the evening went off without a hitch. The food.. OMG it was amazing! and such a great selection! home made sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, sandwiches, chickpea salad, dips, breaded chicken, chicken wings. too much to mention! honestly such great value for money! 100% would recommend this venue for partys or even for just a meal.

Read moreIt's a sporting and social community centre, rugby, football, great space outside, plenty of parking, pool, darts, fruit machine, cosy, decent grub, great selection of drinks, ice cream freezer, private hire events rooms are good, outside area now penned in, has some excellent bands in on occasion, you can grab, breakfast tea & coffee, loads of screens for viewing sporting events, child & dog family friendly, good people gather here from the local community, all ages, cheaper than pubs, busy weekends, summer events too, it's the villagers living...

The Pavillion are constantly making adjustments to different things in the venue and this was my first visit since a very large makeover so perhaps teething problems were the result of my bad experience.
I have been told that since posting this review, there have been improvements made to the menu by the owners/ management.
If I have the opportunity to try the new menu I will update the review...
