It's a lovely spot, really nicely decorated and laid out with books and ornaments everywhere that are really in keeping. You forget that you're next to a busy road when you're inside. The staff were very friendly making you feel special and welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food took a while to arrive. They let us know and apologised several times. Three of the four pizzas could have been cooked for a little longer in our opinion, like the fourth. Also I thought the pizza was a little light on toppings. Good food , but customer services are the worste one !!! Ordered a pizza in happy hour time and the charge as normal BECAUSE ( attention ) I DIDNT SAID IN THE PHONE I M COMMING FOR THE DEAL !!!! Wow what a shame what this has become. Used to be amazing but now absolutely not. Had bacon and sausage panini, sausage clearly sour and also uncooked and bacon was that hard it was ridiculous. Such a shame. I was waiting for the waitress to ask about the meals but she never did as I think it was obvious how displeased we were. 2 adults and child £25 and all left it. Unbelievably annoyed. This used to be owned by Italians and it was great, I now believe it must have changed hands. I saw the frying pan on ultra high heat like a wok in a Chinese and thought hope they don't put my bacon in that which they clearly did, shame they didn't do that to the sausages....
