NO.1 chinese takeaway — Restaurant in Sheffield

If you want to waste your money then YES, this takeaway is the perfect place to order from. Ordered 2 times in the past noodles and was absolutely fine,no problems at all. My friend visited Sheffield for the weekend with his family and thought to order from this place and have a nice meal.However this time decided to order sweet chicken sour and "Mee Goreng Seafood box". This food was the worst food we ever had in our life from a Chinese restaurant as was so spicy that we couldn't even start the meal and not only that,they forgot to bring the large bottle of Pepsi. How can you forget a large bottle of Pepsi???Called the restaurant and explained the situation to a Chinese lady and the result was that it was too spicy for me as that's normal. I don't think so but whatever.After all the conversation that lasted more than 20 minutes,the lady said that "I don't want to bring Pepsi anymore and I will refund you the money with an aggressive attitude."What a customer service!! After all, we throwed the food in the bin worth of £32 and ordered from another takeaway. By the way still waiting for the refund...

Just ordered a munch box for delivery from the one at Walkley when it came the chips was hard the curry sauce pot had melted into the curry and had holes in the curry was set like jelly the chicken was dried up and hard as rock the spare rib was just bone it was totally inedible and looked like 2 days ago left orders I phoned the shop back were I was told if I wanted my money back I had to take the food back to the shop I told them I don’t drive that’s why I PAID for delivery the woman then transferred me to a man I explained to him in which he was really rude the same way,, they WOULD NOT send me a fresh order or give me my money back in return for the food, I have taken pictures of the dried up food but it doesn’t allow to the pictures to be uploaded on here, I will not order from here and I definitely don’t recommend this place!! What a poor service. Ordered a takeaway from here as my usual Chinese was closed. I order via the Just Eat app which usually works well for me. On this occasion, it was a different takeaway so was naturally nervous. Rather annoyingly my nervousness is what came to pass. The order was supposed to be delivered at around 8.20pm. I phoned at 8.30pm. I was told the food was with the driver. I phoned at 8.45pm, I was told the driver is lost as he is new. Whilst still on the phone, I was suddenly and surprisingly told that the order was actually still not made and that I should expect it at about 9.15pm. Almost 1 hour later than I expected it. Needless to say, I cancelled and had an argument with Just Eat to get my money back. I would give this takeaway 0 stars if i could. AVOID this place...
